Yoga

I tried yoga today for the very first time. I enjoyed it, I did. I learnt that I am not as flexible as I thought I was. I also learnt that I inhale and exhale far too quickly. In fact I do everything very quickly, so it will be interesting to see how I go over the next few weeks. I definitely felt very relaxed afterwards, and I felt like I had stretched more than I have ever done before.

Some of the mat work we do after boxing came in handy with some of those more tricky moves, so that was a bonus.

I have a good feeling about yoga I think it’s going to compliment my boxing and Zumba very nicely indeed. Who knows it may actually help me slow down a little too.

  1. Holy molly Diana, you also do boxing and Zumba? I´ll give you a call if I have problems getting a credit from my banck, you could apply some mafia techniques in that situation, plus later on to get all that adrenaline down you go to yoga class. A well rounded person.

      1. It will, as long as you take the time to breathe and listen to the words and teachings, and not just focus on the movements. Yes, yoga is part of my world, it’s what gave me peace and space in my head xx
