I can’t be the only person who has problems with their telephone/ internet provider can I?
Anytime you make the slightest adjustment to your package the bill seems to get completely – for lack of better word – screwed!!
Four phone calls, 3 text messages and 4 emails later and they assure me that the problem has been rectified!
Forgive me if I am a little sceptical, I mean I have heard this all before – we all have, right?
Even getting a name, date and reference number doesn’t really seem to help much anymore.
Funny thing was tonight though that the customer service officer on the other end of the line asked me if there was any possibility I would be calling them again Tomorrow ? Ummmm No, but there is a big possibility I will be calling you next month when the new bill comes out!!
